Our support licence for Cybake 3 (on-premise) is for Teamviewer 15. In cases where you are required to connect to us for demoing purposes (and you already have a different version of TeamViewer), it may be necessary for you to download a compatible version in order to do this. You can safely install directly from the TeamViewer website.
