Cybake® bakery software’s product margins report, for example, shows the percentage profit margins on each of your products. This is essential for the proper calculation of prices and, as data links with your recipes held in Cybake, you can easily work out the margins you wish to make on each product.
Cybake’s invoice sales report gives you an overview of what has been invoiced over a date period by each wholesale customer. It breaks items down by net sales values and also gives you an average actual price per unit of everything a customer has ordered. This is extremely useful if you want to push your average spend per unit.
Other popular reports include Cybake’s bakery stock-take valuation which keeps track of your ingredient levels, its basket-tracking report, and its adjustments report, which tells you whether items are being short-delivered or returned.
Integration with Xero, QuickBooks and Sage means all info on each line item is moved across and itemized, rather than just figures for each. This allows for much deeper analysis within both Cybake and your accountancy package.
