There's no need to re-enter data into spreadsheets or another system to figure out your products’ allergen and nutritional info for your labels, tills, staff and websites. Instead, ingredient information for each of your products feeds directly into Cybake’s food information module which works it all out for you, saving huge amounts of time and effort.
Cybake cross-checks all ingredients and sub-components for all declarable allergens and calculates your products’ nutritional and QUID data plus optional data on elements (protein, fiber etc) and all other claims and declarations (free-from, vegan etc).
The library features data from McCance and Widdowson and the U.S. FDA databases and contains over 4,500 typical nutritional values for common ingredients and finished products.
With this encyclopedic resource, “hidden” allergens (such as the sulphites commonly found in dried fruits) are highlighted and errors are eliminated, with no costly product recalls.
When you swap/add/reduce an ingredient across a product or range of products, Cybake automatically reflects this change right across your recipes, production and allergen and nutritional info.
The need to go through recipe spreadsheets to recalculate the required data line-by-line is eliminated and you are safe in the knowledge that you are always fully compliant and your food information is up to date and correct.
Cybake's food information module ensures that your website, your store staff and your customers have direct access to accurate information. There is no moving data between systems. A step-by-step traffic light process ensures that information is only released when it is 100% accurate.
