RPIA
Cybake is the preferred bakery software provider to RPIA, an alliance of 118 retail bakery businesses with 442 outlets in the USA that was formed in 2001. Each member must have annual sales of over $1 million per annum in order to qualify for membership.
The group is the brainchild of baking industry veteran Rick Crawford, CMB. As well as being a long-time bakery operator and well-known industry figure, Rick is the author of the book How to Open and Operate a Retail Bakery and his CV also includes five years on the board of the Retail Bakers of America trade association.
