Ali Lyons

Managing Director

Ali Lyons was previously Cybake’s retail partnerships director and continues to work closely with some of the company’s largest customers.

Before joining Cybake in July 2024, Ali headed up food to go and café divisions at both Marks and Spencer and Morrisons Supermarkets.

Starting out in store management, she first followed a 17-year career path at M&S. This included various head office roles with a focus on hospitality which included leading M&S Cafés.

Ali then spent four years at Morrisons where she joined as part of the senior leadership team with responsibility for the supermarket chain’s cafes, staff rooms, coffee and food to go concepts.
