Ali Lyons started out in store management at M&S and followed a 17-year career path at the company. This included various head office roles with a focus on hospitality and led to heading up M&S Cafés.

Ali then spent four years at Morrisons where she joined as part of the senior leadership team with responsibility for the supermarket chain’s cafes, staff rooms, coffee and food to go concepts.

As well as running her own consultancy, Ali now helps our larger retail customers implement our Cybake ISB instore food production planning system.
