Rob McIlroy started out as an engineer in the food industry, completed an MBA, and then joined Cooplands (Doncaster) Ltd for 20 years where he worked in various roles, latterly as sales and marketing director overseeing an estate of over 80 bakery shops.
As a former Cybake client with a wealth of industry expertise, Rob joined the company in 2014 and enjoys working closely with both wholesale and retail bakeries.
