Catch us at the BSB and Scottish Bakers conferences
May 5, 2017
You can catch our managing director Jane Tyler on vice chair duties at the British Society of Baking’s Spring Conference on April 26.
The event will be hosted at food research giant Campden BRI at its Gloucestershire headquarters. Bringing together a stellar set of speakers from across the industry, the conference’s theme is “Health, innovation and excellence: opportunities for bakery in 2017”.
Next up, it’s the Scottish Bakers annual conference and awards weekend on May 5 and 6 at the Crowne Plaza, Glasgow.
We were so proud to sponsor last year’s inaugural Scottish Bakers Manufacturer of the Year award, won by Carr’s Flour, that we’re doing it again in 2017. Nominations close on April 7, so vote now on the Scottish Bakers website.
Did you know that the Scottish food and drink industry is growing at double the rate of the UK average? And that Scotland is currently our fastest-growing market? If you are struggling with under-strength applications or support and you’re coming to the show, why drop by our stand?
We’ll show you how we ease the transition from outdated software, Excel spreadsheets or paper-based systems. Plus you can see our latest solutions, including Cybake Instore, the forecasting app that cuts waste by 20%.
Also worth a mention is the British Society of Baking’s annual golf day, which this year moves to the Mere Golf Resort & Spa in Cheshire. If you fancy a few convivial rounds with your counterparts, there are still a few places up for grabs by booking at the BSB’s website.
