CyBake installed by three more bakers
November 11, 2015
The CyBake user-family has three new members: Bread Ahead, Aston’s Bakehouse and Corner Cakes.
Bread Ahead (pictured, above) is an increasingly renowned bakery store and school in London’s bustling Borough Market.
It was founded in 2013 by Matt Jones, who is also behind Lewisham wholesaler Flour Power City, and cult doughnut creator and author Justin Gellatly, formerly head baker at fellow CyBake user St John Bakery.
Like an increasing number of our users, Bread Ahead is big on sourdough, as are we. Enthusiastic supporters of the Real Bread Campaign, we’ve also designed CyBake to specifically support both the production and order processing of long-fermenting products.
These features should come in useful for Aston’s Bakehouse, based on an organic farm in Lambourn, near Hungerford, Berkshire. As well as being a firm favourite at farmers’ markets all over London, the organic bakery runs a wholesale operation serving shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a store in Oxford’s Covered Market.
Corner Cakes is situated in Cookstown, County Tyrone and has been established for over 60 years. As well as running a shop and locally-famous celebration cake service, the family-run business provides fresh bread and pastries for local shops throughout Northern Ireland.
A warm welcome to you all.
