Cybake welcomes four new remarkable firms
May 16, 2016
Flour Pot Bakery, Lovingly Artisan, Le Petit Francais and Thomas J. Fudge’s are all new users of the Cybake suite of bakery management systems.
Fast-rising artisan bakery chain Flour Pot (pictured below) has opened three shops in Brighton over the last couple of years. These have been big local hits and Flour Pot also runs a growing wholesale operation. Definitely one to watch (and you heard it here first).
Lovingly Artisan is situated in Oxenholme Railway Station, Kendal, Cumbria. This Lake District gem is the brainchild of World Bread Award-winner Aidan Monks whose baking is described as “continental in style with a wholesome northern vibe”.
With this approach, Aiden’s definitely doing something right: fans include Prince Charles, Kiera Knightley and even former deputy PM Nick Clegg.
As has been noted before in Cybake Update, Edinburgh is one of the UK’s most vibrant foodie hotspots. Le Petit Francais, a boulangerie-patisserie that was established in 2010, is a perfect example of how this reputation was won. This slick wholesale operation provides top-quality products for many top eateries and hotels in the city and beyond.
Last, but by no means least, we have Thomas J. Fudge’s Remarkable Bakery, a century-old Dorset institution that makes millions of biscuits and wafers every year for the likes of Waitrose, Marks & Spencer and other leading retailers.
We are very proud to announce that this noted family firm is the first customer for our new range of weighing and traceability solutions from SG Systems.
