Events: Scottish Bakers, Campden BRI, more…

We will be attending and exhibiting at the Scottish Bakers conference, exhibition and awards weekend on May 8 and 9 at the Crowne Plaza Glasgow Hotel. The Scottish Bakers conference is always one of the most enjoyable fixtures in our annual diary and this year’s event promises to be a biggie.
Speakers include TV favourites Mich Turner and Peter Sidwell (pictured), who has been working with Scotland’s successful chain of Aroma NHS coffee shops, and current World Scotch Pie Champion Linda Hill. Other heavyweights include former minister Lord Digby Jones and Paul Grant, formerly of United Biscuits.
On May 12, RedBlack Software will present to Campden BRI’s Food Service Member Interest Group at Bettys and Taylors HQ in Harrogate.
Later in the year, we’ll be exhibiting at the Lunch! food-to-go mega-fest at the London Design Centre from September 24-25 and the Bakers and Butchers Extravaganza, hosted by the CBA, at the Yorkshire Show Ground on October 11.
