RedBlack Software gives bakers precision recipe control and traceability with innovative new products from America’s SG Systems
RedBlack Software today announces that it has become the exclusive UK reseller of weighing, ingredient control and traceability solutions from North American specialist SG Systems.
Dallas, Texas-headquartered SG Systems is the creator of the SG Systems V5 suite of recipe control, product labelling and warehouse management system solutions. RedBlack Software is well-known in the UK food sector for its market-leading Cybake range of retail and wholesale bakery management solutions.

The only hardware component of the SG Systems range is its SG15 Touch Screen, a NEMA4X (IP66) industrial tablet computer designed for harsh manufacturing environments. The SG Systems V5 Formula Control Scale System ensures that ingredients are measured and traced accurately and consistently, without costly giveaway or out-of-specification batches.
SG Systems’ Mobile Warehouse Management System (Mobile WMS) works on any Windows tablet; it does not require proprietary hardware. The application manages inventory shipping, receiving and despatch as well as generating shipping labels and delivery notes.
