We have released the latest installment of series of videos about our customers and how they use our bakery management software.
Our new film features Importico’s Bakery and Café in Stuart, Florida, USA, where we speak to bakery owner, Stephanie Blankenship.
Importico’s Bakery and Café operates in two locations and has an ever-growing wholesale business.
In the video, Stephanie talks about how Cybake allowed Importico’s to increase its annual revenue and says: “The increase that we’ve seen in business since using Cybake — we had about 20 wholesalers when we acquired the Cybake program. Now we are at about 100 wholesalers. So that’s roughly in 24 months or less. So, the increase has been not only wholesalers, but, as far as an financial increase, I would say probably 30 or 40 percent increase due to Cybake.”
Stephanie also says that Cybake reduced her personal workload, as well as others, and says: “Everything was done on an Excel spreadsheet or by hand. There was no system. It took about 16 hours a day to run production – and the paperwork for production – prior to Cybake.
“I can’t even really express how much Cybake has changed my life, personally, because I was the one running all of that. So, it definitely gave me a lot of freedom to work on the business more.”
