Watch: Cybake bakery software at Bakeri Baltzersen, Harrogate

Cybake is celebrating its 25-year anniversary in 2023 by releasing a series of videos about our customers and their use of our bakery management software.
In our fifth instalment of the series, we spoke to Paul Rawlinson, co-owner of Bakeri Baltzersen in Harrogate, England. Paul touched on how they use Cybake, the artisanal products they make, and how they used bakery management software to grow from a small café to three-shop retailer with 120 wholesale customers.
Talking about Cybake, Paul says:
“Cybake has been a part of all of that growth happening. It’s been embedded within the business from day one. It’s been a really important part of being able to coherently manage a business that has grown significantly in the last three-and-a-half-year period.
“When we set the bakery up, it was as an addition to our existing business. So, we were really clear that we needed some kind of software tools to be able to operate it efficiently. So, we went into the market, looked at a number of options and Cybake was the one that we selected.”
