Weigh and win at the Scottish Bakers conference

The Cybake team is in Glasgow once again this weekend for the Scottish Bakers annual conference and awards weekend.
We’re very proud to be sponsoring a new category that has been introduced to the Scottish Baker of the Year competition for 2016, Manufacturer of the Year. This new category enables bakeries to vote for their favourite bakery manufacturer and the winner will be revealed on Saturday. The very best of luck to all finalists.
We are also exhibiting at the conference which means that delegates will be able to get up close and personal with some brand new technology: weighing and traceability solutions from America’s SG Systems and Cybake Instore, our revolutionary automated ordering application for retail bakers.
What’s more, we’re running a competition at the conference called Weigh & Win. Simply guess the correct weight of the ingredients on one of our new SG Systems scales and you could win a trip to our wonderful home city of York. This includes two nights at the excellent Cedar Court Hotel and an afternoon tea at the famous Bettys Café Tea Rooms.
