Scottish Bakers
Cybake is an associate allied trade member of Scottish Bakers, which was founded in 1891 and supports and protects the interests of Scotland's bakery trade.
To say that baked goods are treated very seriously in Scotland would be an understatement. Scottish Bakers is a nationally known, influential institution which is the country’s largest provider of apprenticeship training to the baking sector. It is also the holder of the World Championship Scotch Pie Awards and the Scottish Baker of the Year Awards.
