Business Analyst/Project Manager

Trained in law, Agile project management and Lean Six Sigma, Heather has worked in the bakery sector in both retail and wholesale since 2010, most notably for The Bread Factory and Paul Rhodes Bakery. Her experience includes customer service management and project management for business-wide software and process change.

At Cybake, Heather's role sits in the Development Team. She ensures new development design meets requirements and is user friendly in a real-world setting. Heather also project manages larger developments for our clients.
