Mobile invoice printing with Cybake makes deliveries and payments easier than ever
Cybake has introduced a powerful new mobile invoice printing feature to our popular driver delivery app.
Bakery delivery drivers can now generate and print invoices on the spot directly from their mobile device by connecting it to a Bluetooth printer. The result is a faster, more accurate, and highly efficient delivery process that minimizes paperwork, reduces errors, and speeds up payments.
Cybake’s new mobile invoice printing feature ensures that the correct invoice is produced in real time, reflecting the exact order being delivered. For bakeries supplying wholesale accounts, this is especially valuable, as it allows for immediate proof of delivery and enables prompt payment where required, including cash-on-delivery (COD).
There is no longer a need to manage handwritten notes or reconcile delivery paperwork manually. All data is automatically synced with Cybake, keeping records accurate and up to date without additional admin effort.
Cybake’s driver delivery app’s proof of delivery (POD) function has also been improved. Before, drivers could take just one photo of the goods they were delivering as proof when making unattended drop-offs. Now, they can take up to six photos, which provides better detail of what was delivered and improves customer service.
