Retailers that make food in their stores will be our focus when Cybake exhibits at this year’s International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) show in Florida.

IDDBA 2026 takes place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando from June 7-9. The event brings together around 10,000 attendees and over 1,000 exhibitors. Cybake will be at booth #1266.

At our booth, visitors will find a trio of true retail experts who will be talking about Cybake ISB, the solution used by supermarkets, convenience stores, forecourt operators, and retail bakery chains to ensure the freshness and availability of food made in their stores.

Cybake ISB controls what and when food products are made, baked, or prepared in stores to ensure they are always fresh and appealing. Using forecasting and real-time sales data, the software plans optimal production in multiple waves throughout the day.

It shows store employees what items to make, bake or prepare on cell phones or tablets at the times customers want them. At the same time, Cybake ISB shows head office exactly how production is progressing across its stores.

Our trio of friendly experts will be led by Cybake CEO Ali Lyons, who has a wealth of experience in retail food from her time heading up divisions at major British supermarkets. Also jetting in the from the UK will be Rachel Hindle who works with Cybake’s larger retail customers around the world. Joining them will be Cybake’s head of U.S. operations, industry speaker, and pro retail baker Luke Karl.

Traceability

As well as showing retailers how they can increase sales and cut waste with Cybake ISB, our team will also conduct live demos of our traceability and lot tracking solution for manufacturing bakeries.

Last year, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) extended the date its Food Traceability Rule (FSMA Section 204) comes into effect from January 2026 to July 2028. This gives bakeries extra time to get their traceability and lot tracking systems in order, and Cybake is the perfect solution.

Instead of using error-prone paper systems or spreadsheets, Cybake traces the suppliers of ingredients that went into any batch of a bakery’s products and identifies the businesses they were sold to.

At the show, our team will use scanning and printing hardware to show attendees how Cybake’s lot-tracking and traceability module works, from booking ingredient goods in, to generating an internal lot code and printing a barcode.

Plus, of course, our team will be happy to show visitors any and all other Cybake modules and discuss how they cut paperwork and improve efficiency.

If you are coming to IDDBA, seek us out at booth #1226, grab a brochure and one of our infamous promotional dough scrapers, and learn more about the world of Cybake software solutions. And if you want to pre-arrange a meeting at the show, please drop us a line at info@cybake.com.
