Join Cybake at the International Baking Industry Exposition
Cybake returns to IBIE in Las Vegas this weekend, where visitors can meet us at our expo booth, learn from our head of USA operations at two seminars, and see daily demos of our recently released lot-tracking module.
Plus, visitors to our booth who sign up for Cybake get an automatic IBIE discount of 10% off their set up fees. And, if that wasn’t all, we will also be unveiling a hitherto super-secret new e-commerce module at the show.
The huge triennial International Baking Industry Exposition is expected to attract over 20,000 people and takes place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from September 13-17. Cybake will be at booth #5338 in the North Hall.
Each day of conference, at 11 am, we will be conducting a live audience demo at our booth of Cybake’s lot-tracking and traceability module, which we launched back in March this year.
At the daily demos, attendees will be able to see how Cybake streamlines the whole tracking process, from booking ingredient goods in, to generating an internal lot code and printing a barcode – all using the printer and scanning hardware we’ll have set up at the show.
This should be of particular interest to commercial bakers who want to get FSMA Rule 204 audit-ready in an efficient way which replaces time-consuming and often inaccurate traceability paper trails.
Paperless production
Our experts will then demonstrate how Cybake tracks these ingredients batches as they are used in our software’s paperless production system. Rather than relying on paper prep sheets, this tells colleagues which products to make, and what amounts to make, on tablets.
Our head of USA operations, Luke Karl, who was a pro baker for 13 years before he joined Cybake, has been selected by the event’s organizers to present two twenty-minute QuickBITES education sessions.
On Sunday, September 14, he will present How to automate your admin to build a more sustainable and profitable wholesale bakery at the Wholesale Bakers Stage 1 in the West Hall from 12:45 AM – 1:05 PM.
And on Monday, September 16, Luke will present Retail baking: how to get your prices right, cut waste, and operate a wholesale subsidiary at the RBA Bakers Center – RONDO Baking & Pastry Stage.
