May 5, 2015

The CyBake user family has welcomed three new members: Olivia’s Artisan Bakery, The Running Fox and The French Corner.

Olivia’s Artisan Bakery and Cafes in Northallerton, Thirsk (pictured) and Stokesley, North Yorkshire, operate as a social enterprise that also includes Clervaux Artisan Bakery and Cafes in Darlington and Hurworth, County Durham plus a substantial wholesale business.

The Running Fox is a four-year-old artisan bakery in the village of Felton, Northumberland. The bakery operates a 40-seat coffee shop, a growing local wholesale business and is famed for its super-sized portions including Desperate Dan-style pies, extra large teacakes and 12-slice cakes.

Liverpool’s The French Corner is a wholesaler offering traditionally baked French baguettes, speciality breads and viennoiserie. Supplying food operators all over the North West of England, The French Corner boasts Liverpool Football Club and Chester Racecourse among its regular customers.
