MBA graduate John Fish spent many years at M&S in a number of senior regional and head office food division roles, most latterly as senior commercial manager for its international wholesale operation.
After leaving M&S, where he had been a Cybake user, John launched his own food sector consultancy, worked on implementations of Cybake for other major retailers, and joined the company in 2026.
