Cybake has appointed Martin Coyle as Customer Success Director

Martin joined Cybake in 2009 as a sales manager and was appointed as Director of Commercial Operations in 2012.

He has just returned to our York headquarters from a twelve-month secondment to Cybake’s North America division based in Arvada, Colorado.

During this time, he gained valuable insight into the North American baking industry, helped to establish a new sales team, and implemented Cybake in some of the company’s larger customers in the USA and Canada.

Similarly, in his new role as Customer Success Director, Martin will continue his focus on implementation, helping Cybake users get the maximum benefit from our solutions. As part of this role, he will also oversee our customer support team.
