Meet Cybake at the Best Baguette de Tradition Française contest

Cybake will be an exhibitor at the Best Baguette de Tradition Française UK 2026 contest, which takes place on Monday 20th of April at Beam Baking Systems in Peterborough.
The contest is part of an open day held by Beam Baking Systems and French miller Foricher les Moulins. It brings together professional bakers from across the UK to compete in two categories: Best Baguette UK 2026 and Best Signature Bread UK 2026. Alongside the competitions, the day will also feature live bread and viennoiserie demonstrations, giving attendees the chance to see artisan techniques in action.
The Best Baguette de Tradition Française competition challenges bakers to produce traditional French baguettes to a strict specification. Entries are judged by industry professionals on key criteria including appearance, crumb, taste, crispiness and consistency. It’s a practical test of skill and process, reflecting the standards required in modern bakery production.
On our stand at the event, we’ll be running live demos of Cybake modules including online order-taking for wholesale bakeries, production control, and lot tracking and traceability. Cybake will be represented by super-knowledgeable product specialist Andrew Throup.
Andrew was a key programmer on the early versions of Cybake and nowadays works closely with bakeries around the world to help them improve their day-to-day operations
