See Cybake in action at the Food & Drink Expo

Cybake will return to the NEC in Birmingham in April as an exhibitor at the 2026 Food & Drink Expo.

This mammoth event takes place from April 13-15 and is really four trade shows rolled into one. The Food & Drink Expo runs alongside the Farm Shop & Deli Show, the National Convenience Show and the Forecourt Show. As Cybake software is relied on by operators in all these sectors, we are expecting a busy three days.

We will be there to show off both our Cybake ERP system for commercial bakeries and Cybake ISB, our in-store food production planning software used by supermarkets, convenience stores, retail bakery chains and forecourt operators.

Visitors to our stand, E150, can see live demos of the many ways retail and wholesale bakeries use Cybake to cut admin, improve efficiency and increase sales.

As just one example, our experts will show attendees how Cybake’s lot-tracking and traceability module works, from booking ingredient goods in, to generating an internal lot code and printing a barcode – all using the printer and scanner we’ll have set up on our stand.

Food to go

We will also have a big focus on retailers that make food in their stores. Attendees will be able to see – step-by-step – how Cybake ISB tells retail store staff what FTG products to make, how to make them, and when they should be made to ensure maximum freshness and availability.

Another highlight for us will be British Baker magazine’s annual Britain’s Best Cake and Britain’s Best Loaf awards. Cybake users Lovingly Artisan, Paul’s Bread, Seven Seeded Bakery, and Flourish Craft Bakery all won trophies or medals last year, so we’ll be rooting for our customers in this year’s lineup.

We couldn’t be more excited about returning to this event to meet up with Cybake users old and new, talk to our industry partners, and show our software to everyone who is curious about what it can do.
