Cybake CEO Ali Lyons to appear at Forecourt Trader Summit

Cybake CEO Ali Lyons will be a panelist at the Forecourt Trader Summit next month.
The annual event, hosted by Forecourt Trader magazine and food and drink data specialist Lumina Intelligence, takes place at The Belfry Hotel and Resort, Sutton Coldfield, on Tuesday the 24th of February.
The theme for the conference, which will be facilitated by journalist and broadcaster Declan Curry, is Roadway to Profit 2006. Ali will appear on a panel entitled Making Profits Now alongside industry experts that include Hemant Tandon, operations director of London-based Park Garage Group.
Park Garage Group has replaced Greggs concessions at 12 of its sites with its own Bakery 79 concepts. Its new stores use our Cybake ISB in-store planning solution to optimize product availability and control waste.
Ali (pictured, above) says: “Cybake has been quietly engaged with forecourt operators for a while now, and the Bakery 79 project has thrown a real spotlight on what our software can do for this sector.”
As well as Park Garage Group, the Summit will feature speakers and panelists from forecourt operators that include Spar, Platinum Retail Group, SJS Group, Jos Richardson & Son, Highland Group, Penny Petroleum, and Westmorland.
Cybake will also be a trade exhibitor at the event, so attendees will be able to see Cybake ISB in action on our stand.
