Brace’s Bakery is the biggest brand in Wales, known for its range of sliced bread, rolls and products such as Welsh cakes, tea cakes and crumpets.

It supplies supermarkets and convenience store chains, providing some with private label items, and operates in the food service sector.

White’s Bakery saves time and cuts errors with switch to Cybake

White’s Bakery, based in Worsbrough Bridge, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, was founded in 1934 by Elsie White in the local library.

Today, the bakery produces a wide range of individually wrapped, home-baked goods for around 250 wholesale customers across the UK.
